Overview — 001

One tooth, one problem, one visit — all wrapped into a single fixed price.

We keep emergency care simple by design, focusing each appointment on one tooth and one issue for a flat £150. That fee covers a full assessment, any X-rays needed, and enough treatment on the day to settle your discomfort. What that treatment actually looks like depends on what we find — it might mean an extraction, a temporary filling, starting root canal treatment, or a course of antibiotics if that's the right clinical route. Whatever the cause, our first job is always to get your pain under control and get you back to normal.

  • Same-day appointments wherever we can manage it
  • One flat fee of £150
  • Assessment already built into the price
  • Every X-ray you need is included
  • Treatment for one tooth and issue, there and then
  • An experienced team focused purely on urgent care

How it goes, step by step.

4 stages
  1. 01
    15–20 minutes

    Emergency Assessment

We start by asking about your symptoms, then examine the affected tooth to pinpoint the cause of your pain.

  2. 02
    Included

    X-rays (If Required)

Where an X-ray helps confirm what's going on, it's taken on the spot with no extra cost.

  3. 03
Usually completed during the same visit

    Immediate Treatment

You'll receive whichever treatment matches your emergency, be that an extraction, a temporary filling, root canal treatment beginning, or another suitable route.

    Next Steps

The things people actually ask.

Can't see your question? Message us on WhatsApp — we'll reply the same day.

  • It covers everything required to diagnose and treat one tooth and one issue — your assessment, any X-rays, and immediate treatment where suitable.

  • Weekend and bank holiday visits are £250. You get exactly the same assessment, X-rays and single-tooth treatment — the extra cost simply reflects us being open outside normal hours.

  • That depends on what we discover — perhaps an extraction, a temporary filling, root canal treatment getting started, or antibiotics where that's the right call. Settling your pain quickly is always the priority.

  • Sometimes. Many emergencies are sorted in a single visit, but some teeth need further attention afterwards, such as a permanent filling, a crown, or completing root canal treatment. We'll always mention this before you leave.

  • We'll do everything we can to fit you in the same day if a slot is free. If you're in pain, get in touch as soon as possible.

  • No — any X-rays taken as part of your emergency visit are already included in the £150 fee.

  • Our emergency appointment covers one tooth and one issue. Where several teeth need attention, we'll discuss the best plan and confirm any extra cost with you first.
