This treatment replaces every tooth in a jaw using a small number of implants — typically four or six — which anchor a fixed bridge that stays screwed in place rather than being removable.
A denture rests on top of your gums, can shift about, often covers your palate, and relies on suction or adhesive to stay in position. A full arch implant, by contrast, is fixed directly to the jawbone — nothing moves, nothing's covered, and no glue is needed.
It mostly comes down to your bone volume and bite. All-on-4 suits the majority of people, All-on-6 offers added stability where the bone allows it, and Same Day Teeth can be layered onto either option, giving you a temporary bridge on the day itself.
