Same Day Teeth at GL1 Dental in Gloucester — often called 'Teeth in a Day' — delivers the change many patients are hoping for. In one carefully planned appointment, we remove any teeth that can't be saved, place your implants, and fit a fixed bridge, so you walk out with a smile already in place.

We begin with a scan, plan the entire surgery on-screen, and have your temporary bridge built and waiting before your appointment even starts. That way surgery is genuinely the only thing left to happen — your new teeth are already prepared. It works especially well when your remaining teeth are beyond saving and extraction is unavoidable anyway, since it skips months of temporary dentures in favour of one thorough visit, and it also suits patients travelling from further away who'd rather limit the number of trips they need to make.
Leave your number and we'll ring you back as soon as the phones reopen.
A free consultation and 3D CT scan gives us everything needed to plan your surgery digitally ahead of time.
Your temporary bridge is designed and built ahead of your surgery date.
In a single visit we extract any failing teeth, place the implants and fit your temporary bridge.
Once 3–6 months of healing have passed, your permanent bridge is fitted.
We're adding same day teeth cases to our gallery soon. Browse all before & after cases.
Nobody likes a surprise bill, us included — every plan is set out in writing up front, so there's nothing unexpected waiting for you at reception.
IV sedation is available for an additional £700.

Same Day Teeth, also known as 'Teeth in a Day', means failing teeth are removed, implants placed, and a fixed temporary bridge fitted — all within one appointment. You won't leave without teeth.
Your CT scan and digital models let us design and prepare the temporary bridge in advance, so on the day it's simply a matter of fitting and securing it onto your new implants.
The temporary bridge functions well and looks convincing, but the final version is more durable, built to tighter tolerances, and designed to last well into the future.
