All-on-6 simply adds two more implants beneath the same full-arch bridge, sharing the bite load, boosting stability, and often suiting patients with a heavier bite or good bone towards the back of the jaw.
Not necessarily — All-on-4 works perfectly well for most patients. We'd only steer you towards All-on-6 where the extra support genuinely helps, and we'll decide that together once we've reviewed your CT scan.
